Midnight Prayer 2015

As the Psalmist said in Psalm 27:4, "One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life..."
Others want to welcome the New Year with their family staying home together waiting for the clock to tick its hand to midnight. To us believers, if there is anything we desire is when our whole family are together in the house of the Lord, not to wait for the clock to tick but to kneel down and pray before the Lord. Giving thanks to him as we remember all the good things he has done and to make reflection of what we repay him for the past year. As we welcome another year, we repent from all our shortcomings and iniquities and once again making commitment and vows before him.
